Tim Sigler, 57, of Little Sioux, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2019, at his home in Little Sioux.
Visitation will be 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. Monday, April 1, 2019, at the Rush Family Chapel in Onawa, Iowa, with a Celebration of Life at 7:00 P.M., led by Pat Armstrong. Burial will be at a later date in the Little Sioux Cemetery, Little Sioux, Iowa. Arrangements are under the direction of Rush Family Care Service, Onawa, Iowa.
Tim was born on November 30, 1961, in Missouri Valley, Iowa, to Bernard “Bun” Sr. and Ruby (Armstrong) Sigler. He was a lifelong resident of the Little Sioux, Iowa area, and attended West Harrison Community Schools.
He worked as a mechanic, farmer, and jack-of-all trades. He enjoyed restoring tractors, cars, trucks, and anything else with wheels, as well as gardening, going on drives, and attending family gatherings. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his children, Timmy “Pood” Sigler Jr. of Harlan, IA, Heather Aldag and husband Austin of Schleswig, IA, Drew Sigler and spouse Kylee Collins of Logan, IA, Daniel Sigler of Little Sioux, IA, and Melissa Sigler of Harlan, IA; grandchildren, Eli Sigler, Merritt Sigler, Madilynn Sigler, Julius “Bubba” Johnson, Brenlee Johnson, and Theodore “Teddy” Aldag; and brother, Bernard “Butch” Sigler Jr.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard “Bun” Sr. and Ruby (Armstrong) Sigler, and one sister, Kitty (Sigler) Nickolaisen.
